Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • ACTA or ACLP certified (mandatory).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in WSQ facilitation, curriculum delivery, and training operations.
  • Strong passion for people development, with proven ability to inspire and motivate learners.
  • Skilled in facilitation, assessment, and stand-up training across diverse learner groups.
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity in digital learning platforms and e-learning solutions.

  • Conceptualise, produce, and edit digital content (videos, graphics, photos, articles, social posts) tailored for multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to craft creative campaigns that capture attention, drive engagement, and generate leads.
  • Develop short-form video content (reels, shorts, TikToks) optimised for social algorithms and audience appeal.
  • Ensure all content aligns with SOQ's brand identity, tone, and messaging.
  • Research industry trends and competitor content to stay ahead and propose fresh ideas.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting across platforms.
  • Collaborate with trainers, learners, and partners to showcase authentic stories and success journeys.
  • Support in event coverage (photo/video) and repurposing content into marketing collateral.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Executive (portfolio required).
